Engineers who want their work in production.
Mokshify is a small studio in Hyderabad that ships real products for real businesses - the four in our portfolio are live right now. If you want your code used rather than presented, read on.
How we work
- Small team, full ownership. You build the feature, write its tests, watch its rollout and answer for it. No handoff walls; the whole QA org chart is accountability.
- AI-leveraged, human-judged. AI reviews every merge and accelerates the boring 40%; engineers make the calls. We use these tools seriously because we sell them seriously.
- Standards you can read. Everything we expect is published - process, architecture, security, pipeline. Interviews are a conversation about those pages, not a whiteboard hazing.
- The stack. React, Next.js, Flutter, Node.js, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and serious LLM work with OpenAI, Claude and Gemini - with reasons.
What we look for
Evidence over pedigree: something you built that works, an honest account of a failure you learned from, and writing that a teammate could act on. Years-of-experience thresholds interest us less than the quality of your decisions.
How hiring works here
- Your note. A short email with something you built. A human engineer reads it - there is no ATS keyword filter.
- One technical conversation. We walk through your work and ours - real systems, real decisions, no whiteboard puzzles or trick questions.
- A paid working session. A small, bounded, paid task on something real, done the way we work daily: reviewed, tested, discussed. Both sides learn the truth no interview reveals.
- A direct answer. Yes or no with reasons, within days - the same 24-hour communication standard clients get.
Introduce yourself
We hire when growth demands it rather than posting evergreen listings. Send [email protected] a short note with something you built (a repo, a product, a write-up) - a human engineer reads every one, and we keep genuinely strong people in mind for the next opening.
Build things that stay built.
One email. Something you made. That is the whole application.
