The problem
Land is the least digital corner of Indian real estate. Buyers hear about projects through brokers, see approvals late, and burn weekends on site visits that a good webpage would have filtered. Terravion wanted the opposite: publish everything a serious buyer checks, before they call.
Challenges
- Trust documentation. Approval status (HMDA) and project specifics had to be first-class content, not footnotes — that is the buying decision.
- Local search. Plot buyers search by corridor and locality; the platform’s structure and content had to match how people actually look for land.
- Lead quality over lead volume. The goal was fewer, better conversations — pages that pre-answer questions instead of a form that harvests numbers.
Architecture & stack
A content-forward React web platform on our standard production base: Node.js services, PostgreSQL for project and enquiry data, Redis for caching, Nginx at the gateway, deployed through the same tested, AI-reviewed GitHub Actions pipeline as everything we ship. Project pages are fully crawlable and structured, because in this market a project page that ranks is a sales channel.

Lessons learned
In high-trust purchases, content architecture is conversion optimisation. Publishing the approval status and project facts plainly did more for enquiry quality than any funnel trick could. We carry that lesson into every marketplace and platform build.
